Firstat Nursing Services is locally owned and operate. We’ve worked hard to earn our excellent reputation by providing outstanding care in the home and at assisted and independent living facilities for over 16 years. In fact, we believe our longevity speaks for itself.
We make continuing education and ongoing training a top priority, which is how we know that every member of our team is up-to-date and current with both their licenses and their understanding of best practices. We are licensed through the California Department of Health Services as professional care givers. We also hold an Alzheimer’s Association Certificate for Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
We train and screen proactively, and insist that each one of our nurses passes a complete and formal background check.
We understand that choosing the right home care provider is a difficult process. We work to go above and beyond what you expect and make sure all our patients and their families are as comfortable with the process as possible.
Each new patient receives a complementary evaluation by one of our professional nurses, the beginning we hope, of a supportive relationship.
We believe in compassionate care, from all of our staff, including those in administration. It doesn’t matter if you visit our office in person or call us, you’ll find our admin staff is friendly, helpful and ready to help you any way they can.
